Letter from the President
May 2, 2007

To All Designer and Industry Forum ‘07 Participants:

Welcome to this year’s exciting event!

Our CEU program today focuses on the vital topic of sustainable design.
As interior designers, we should advocate design solutions that direct our clients
into allowing us to create environments that protect our natural resources.

To assist ASID Interior Designers and Industry Partners with this goal we have
a great learning opportunity today. We are fortunate to have a noted author
and speaker Annette Stelmack, who is experts in the field of “green” design. To
heighten our educational experience the committee has assembled an impressive
group of panel members, who come to us from many different segments of the
design and construction fields.

Our Industry Partners are here in record numbers to present their products
and services.

We are also pleased to be sharing this event today with the members of the
Home Builders and Re-modelers Association, Fairfield County Chapter.
Welcome, as well!

Please don’t miss this wonderful day to MAKE WAVES and broaden your
understanding and commitment to design responsibly for our future.

Sincerely,

Laura Bordeaux, ASID
